- January 2021 I reached out to four local custom home builders. Three responded back. One of the three stated he didn’t have his calendar with him and he would get back with me. He never did. The other two scheduled consultations. I met with Rokyta Custom Home first. After meeting with the other builder I was about to leave when he suggested talking to Rokyta Custom Homes. I selected Rokyta for two reason. First, after talking with them and confident that Brian, Shasta, Dae, Nick, and Darlene would strive to make this stressful endeavor easier to cope with. Second, the other builder specifically suggested them to me. We had quite a few brainstorming meetings and eventually had a great design and price. The build began September of 2021 and I moved in February of 2022, however, I waited to write a review so I could let the dust settle so to speak. I highly recommend that you talk with Rokyta Custom Homes if you plan to build a custom home!
